I am an Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert with over 30 years of experience working with leaders, executives, and teams across cultures and industries.
My work is grounded in a deep understanding of human behavior, awareness, and relational dynamics. Rather than focusing only on performance, I support leaders in expanding their awareness, strengthening their presence, and leading from a more authentic and integrated place.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and faculty member at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), I have trained and mentored coaches and leaders globally for over a decade. This experience has given me a unique perspective on leadership transformation — not as a set of techniques, but as an inner developmental process.
My approach integrates psychology, awareness-based coaching, and systems thinking. I work with leaders who are not only seeking external success, but also deeper clarity, alignment, and meaningful impact.

I have been part of the global faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the world’s most respected coaching institutions, where I have trained, mentored, supervised, and certified coaches internationally for over a decade.
My professional background includes more than 30 years of experience in leadership, human development, and organizational transformation. I began my career in Human Resources leadership roles within international banking, and later founded my own consultancy, working with executives, leadership teams, and organizations across industries.
